David Dore, M.D.

David Dore, M.D., is the medical director of the Joint Replacement Center at Florida Hospital Celebration Health. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis of the hip and knee. He completed a one-year fellowship in joint replacement surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, where he gained expert knowledge in arthritis, failed joint replacement and osteonecrosis. Dr. Dore has performed more than 7,000 surgeries, specializing in minimally invasive total knee, total hip and unicompartmental replacements. He has been in practice in Central Florida since 1993.

Matthew Johnston, D.O.

Matthew Johnston, D.O., is the medical director of the Joint Replacement Center at Florida Hospital Kissimmee and a leading board-certified joint replacement surgeon at Florida Hospital Celebration Health. He grew up in South Florida and attended Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana. He then obtained his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. He completed his traditional internship and orthopaedic surgery residency training at Ohio University, Athens, followed by a fellowship in arthroscopic sports medicine and adult hip and knee arthroplasty and reconstruction.

Brad Homan, D.O.

Brad Homan, D.O., medical director of Sports Medicine at Florida Hospital Celebration Health, is uniquely trained in treating athletes of all ages. Dr. Homan is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and is fellowship-trained in sports medicine and arthroscopy. A native of Tampa, Dr. Homan attended the University of Florida, Gainesville, for his undergraduate degree. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. After medical school, Dr. Homan completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at Ohio University, Athens. He serves as the team physician to several local high schools, and personal physician to many professional athletes.
